Finding a therapist who understands your unique background and experiences can make all the difference in your healing journey. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported, allowing you to explore your challenges openly and work toward a healthier, more balanced life that aligns with your values.

Get To Know Me

Growing up in a community where mental health was often misunderstood, I saw firsthand the impact of stigma and the need for culturally competent care. This inspired me to become a therapist who honors and values the diverse experiences of my clients. I believe in entering the therapy room as my authentic self and inviting my clients to do the same, creating a foundation of mutual trust and respect.

I see therapy as a collaborative relationship where we work together on your goals, focusing on your strengths to create a safe space for managing emotions and overcoming challenges. I believe that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected, and both are essential for overall well-being. In our sessions, we’ll explore practical tools centered on wellness and healing, helping you build a sustainable lifestyle that supports both mental and physical health.
