For Clients
Starting therapy or undergoing a psychological assessment can feel daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. I strive to create a welcoming, authentic space where we work together to understand your experiences and challenges, so you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself and get the clarity you need for a path forward.

I view myself as a fellow traveler on your journey to understanding and growth, not just a clinician. My approach is rooted in humanistic values, emphasizing the importance of genuine, human connections. I believe that by being present as a person first and a clinician second, I help ease the anxiety that often comes with starting therapy or a psychological evaluation. My focus is on listening, supporting, and helping you find meaning in your experiences, which can empower you to move forward with strength and resilience.
My primary role involves conducting psychological assessments. These assessments can offer valuable insights into your mental health, helping to clarify diagnoses, guide treatment, and provide a deeper understanding of your unique challenges and strengths. I bring a multicultural perspective to my work, shaped by my upbringing and education in China, and I’m fluent in Mandarin. This allows me to connect deeply with clients navigating cultural identity challenges, as well as those who prefer to communicate in their first language.
