My fascination with psychology and the relationship between mind and body is what led me to the mental health field. I believe that everyone is dealing with something, and helping people understand themselves better is what drives me. In therapy, I focus on building a strong rapport by asking open-ended questions and getting to know you deeply. This approach allows me to meet you where you are, creating a safe and supportive therapeutic alliance.
I see myself as a humanistic therapist who is not afraid to walk alongside you on your journey. My approach is flexible; I often start with understanding your background and experiences from childhood to the present. From there, I tailor our sessions to fit your specific needs, whether that involves a more behavioral focus or a deeper exploration of past experiences. I believe in staying grounded, continually learning, and never taking the therapeutic relationship for granted.
