Get To Know Me

I am a warm, non-judgmental, and direct therapist dedicated to helping clients understand and overcome their struggles. My journey into mental health began with a passion for understanding the human mind and supporting others in their growth. Before becoming a therapist, I worked with both major companies and startups, which gave me a unique insight into managing work-related anxiety and complex interpersonal dynamics.

My approach focuses on exploring relationships—with yourself, others, and your guiding principles—to uncover the root causes of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We’ll work together to understand your conscious and unconscious influences, helping you gain insight and develop healthier coping strategies. I believe in tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs, regularly seeking feedback to ensure our work resonates with you and supports your goals. Drawing from my multicultural background and diverse professional experience, I offer a compassionate, adaptive space where all aspects of your well-being are considered.
