Get To Know Me

I was drawn to this field because of my own experiences with mental health, which have inspired me to make a difference by providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where my clients can explore their identity, build resilience, and achieve personal growth. I am dedicated to helping adolescents, young adults, and athletes navigate their personal challenges by focusing on their unique strengths and values. I prioritize empathy, respect, and collaboration in every session, ensuring that you feel understood and supported from the start.

My approach centers around understanding who you are and what drives you. Through open, honest conversations, we’ll address challenges at their root and develop practical strategies that align with your true self. In addition to my work as a therapist, I’m working toward certification in life coaching and executive coaching, enabling me to offer a comprehensive approach to achieving a fulfilling life. My goal is to empower you to unlock your potential and live a life that truly reflects who you are and what you value.
