For Clients
It takes courage to take steps towards clarity around your emotional and mental wellbeing. I use a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to create a safe and supportive environment that will help you develop inner strength. With this, you will be empowered with the tools to gain greater awareness into your past and take back control of your life.

My passion lies in working with clients who need assistance with personal empowerment and identity development. My goal is to instill hope by identifying areas of strength, resilience, and capacity for positive change. Effective therapy takes effort and commitment from both the therapist and the client. I honor the courage it takes to show up, and together, we’ll create a space of zero judgment, full understanding, and growth.
Embarking on this journey can be difficult, but through our time together, you will reach more awareness, deeper insight, stronger relationships, and a stronger sense of yourself, your goals, and the tools you have to reach them. You’ll get the skills you need to overcome both inner and outer battles and direct your life down any path you choose. There will be ups and downs and moments of weakness and strength, but we will go through that process together and ultimately reach the highest and best version of yourself.
