I became a therapist out of a desire to better understand addiction, trauma, and the path to healing. With a background in finance, I find it easy to connect with high-achieving clients working in stressful environments who often feel overwhelmed or “never enough.” I bring nearly a decade of experience in 12-step communities, which has deeply informed my work with individuals in recovery. I focus on helping individuals and families heal through trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, and IFS (Internal Family Systems).
I take a holistic approach, working to understand your history and the experiences that have shaped you. While I focus on the past to build insight, my goal is to help you use that understanding to create resilience and positive change. With both personal and professional experience in the issues many of my clients face, I strive to build a strong therapeutic connection, helping you feel seen, safe, and supported as you work toward a healthier future.
