Get To Know Me

Creating a warm and empathetic environment is at the heart of my practice. I believe that a trusting, supportive relationship is foundational to healing, and I strive to understand my clients within the context of their unique cultural and personal experiences. In our sessions, I help clients reflect on their early experiences and how these have shaped their sense of self and relationships. My goal is to support you in understanding what triggers your emotional distress, build emotional strength, and develop healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges. Clients have told me that my approach helps them connect more deeply with themselves and feel empowered to embrace positive change.

As a bilingual provider fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, I am especially sensitive to how cultural backgrounds and marginalized identities impact our experiences. Having been an international student myself, I relate personally to the challenges of adjusting, acculturating, and thriving in a new sociocultural environment. I am here to support you in your journey, whether it involves navigating cultural transitions or finding strength and clarity in the face of life’s challenges.
