Get To Know Me

My path into therapy was both personal and academic. Having experienced the power of clarity and emotional breakthroughs in my own life, I felt called to help others do the same. I’m especially drawn to the inner world—how symbols, archetypes, and unconscious patterns shape our lives and identities. My approach is rooted in depth psychology and inspired by Jungian principles, but always tailored to the individual. Together, we’ll explore the experiences, emotions, and beliefs that have shaped you—not just to cope, but to create space for healing, insight, and self-trust.

As an Iranian who grew up in Sweden, I bring a multicultural lens to this work, shaped by lived experience across languages, cultures, and identities. I speak both Farsi and Swedish, and I value creating space for clients to feel understood across cultural and emotional contexts. Clients often describe me as warm, curious, and collaborative. I believe in helping people find the language that makes sense of their experiences—whether through talking, reflection, or creative exploration. Therapy with me is about making meaning, shifting patterns, and reconnecting with the truest version of yourself.
