For Clients
Navigating life's hurdles often requires more than just inner strength; it demands a compassionate listener who can truly understand and guide you through the healing process. My journey from experiencing profound loss and personal struggles to finding healing in therapy has fueled my passion for helping others discover the same transformative support.

Adolescents (13-18)
Young Adults (18-24)
Adults (25-64)
My introduction to mental health was deeply personal. After the loss of my father at the age of 12, therapy played a crucial role in my coping and growth. These experiences not only shaped my understanding of grief and recovery, but also ignited my passion to pursue a career where I could offer the same guidance and support that was pivotal in my life.
Having navigated my own therapy from a young age, I understand the nerves and hesitations that come with opening up to a new person. In sessions, I focus on creating a safe and welcoming environment where you can feel at ease sharing and exploring your feelings. My personal experiences with loss, depression, and family dynamics provide me with a deep, empathetic understanding that I bring into each session. My approach is client-centered, meaning I prioritize your experiences and feelings, working collaboratively to address the pressures and challenges you face. We'll navigate your journey together, focusing on growth and healing at your pace. Whether you're dealing with grief, mental health challenges, or just looking for someone to talk to, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist registered with the State of California Board of Behavioral Sciences (#145286) and supervised by Chiconia Anderson. I provide virtual sessions for California residents.
