For Clients
Therapy is a journey of self-discovery and understanding, and I’m here to walk alongside you as your partner in aligning with your true self. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, seen, and supported as we explore the patterns and experiences that shape your world.

Young Adults 18-24
Adults 25-64
Couples
Families
I transitioned to the mental health field after working in entertainment and technology, seeking a more fulfilling path where I could help people in meaningful ways. Like many therapists, my own experience in therapy inspired me to provide that same sense of growth and enrichment to others. I believe in taking the time to genuinely get to know you, encouraging you to take me on a “tour” of your life. I bring warmth, curiosity, and even a bit of humor to our sessions, making sure you feel comfortable and understood from the start.
For both individuals and couples, my approach is about uncovering the deeper patterns that influence how you navigate your world and relationships. We’ll look at past experiences and how they may impact your present, helping you gain insights and make meaningful changes. While I provide a structured but welcoming space, I’m also here to offer a firm helping hand when needed, supporting you in facing challenges and encouraging growth.
