Get To Know Me

My journey into mental health started with a deep interest in the mind-body connection and a belief in holistic approaches to well-being. My own experiences taught me the challenges of being vulnerable, both with oneself and others, which sparked my passion for creating a compassionate and inclusive space for mental health care. I strive to make clients feel comfortable by listening with empathy and without judgment, building a trusting relationship where they can openly express themselves and work toward growth.

My approach centers on understanding you as a whole person. We’ll engage in honest conversations to explore what’s most important to you and find practical solutions to the challenges you face. I draw on my diverse background, shaped by cultural expectations and personal growth, to offer a holistic and individualized perspective. I believe in the power of self-discovery and work to support each client’s path toward a balanced and fulfilling life.
