Get To Know Me

If you’re ready to move past depression, anxiety, trauma, uncertainty, or relationship issues and step into the life you really want to be living, I’d love to be your guide. I am trained in numerous approaches to therapy and will develop an integrated approach to suit your unique personality, goals, and needs.

First, we’ll get to know each other as we assess where you are, where you came from, and where you’d like to be. Then, we’ll work on developing and practicing coping skills so you can manage your emotions more effectively. We’ll build your confidence by setting achievable goals that you can accomplish each week, and you’ll learn to improve your relationships by communicating better. With your new skills, confidence, and healthier perspective, you'll be on your way to living the value-driven and meaningful life you want.
